Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives or tarragon leaves, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 hot dog buns (or lettuce wraps for low carb)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (optional, for toasting buns)

Directions
