  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Directions
