A beautiful linen spray transforms the simple act of making the bed or folding laundry into something sensory and pleasurable. Lavender is the classic choice for linens because of its well-documented ability to promote relaxation and sleep, but the variations are endless. This spray uses distilled water and witch hazel as the base to ensure the essential oils disperse evenly and the spray dries quickly without leaving water marks on fabric.

  • 3 oz distilled water
  • 1 oz witch hazel
  • 15 drops lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops chamomile essential oil
  • 3 drops bergamot essential oil

  5. Mist onto sheets, pillowcases, towels, and blankets from 8 to 10 inches away.
