Paleo Shepherd’s Pie with cauliflower mash.

This Paleo Shepherd’s Pie features a savory filling of ground beef (or lamb), carrots, celery, and onions, seasoned with tomato paste, chicken broth, and spices like cinnamon and clove. It’s topped with a creamy cauliflower mash, making it a healthier alternative to traditional mashed potatoes. The dish is baked until the top is golden and crispy, creating a comforting and hearty meal.
To complement this dish, serve it with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts or a fresh green salad with a light vinaigrette. A glass of robust red wine, like a Cabernet Sauvignon, pairs beautifully with the rich flavors.
