Week 37 Exercise & Fitness

Week 37, has us mixing it up to keep our exercise and fitness routine fresh as the season transitions. Cooler weather offers the perfect opportunity for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, or hiking, which are easier to enjoy as the heat subsides. Incorporating strength training and flexibility exercises helps maintain muscle and joint health as temperatures drop. Consider adding seasonal activities like apple picking or raking leaves, which can also provide physical benefits. Do not fear. There is still time to reevaluate fitness goals and create a plan to stay active during the fall, whether by joining a class, setting new milestones, or simply staying consistent with daily movement.
