- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

Directions
- Prepare the Tofu
- Drain the tofu and pat it dry with paper towels. Crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces with your hands or a fork.
- Cook the Vegetables
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft and beginning to caramelize.
- Add the Tofu
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu starts to brown slightly.
