• 1 8 oz package cream cheese
• 4 strips of bacon
• 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup 2% milk
• 3 jalapeños seeded and diced, reserve few slices for garnish if desired
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
• 2 Tbsp butter
• Tortilla chips

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• In small skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, drain on paper towels, crumble or dice bacon, reserve 1 Tbsp of bacon drippings and discard or save the rest
• In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, jalepenos, vinegar, cooked bacon, and reserved bacon drippings
• Transfer to greased 8-in baking dish
• Sprinkle with panko and dot with butter
• Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and toppings are golden brown
• Garnish with a few slices of fresh jalapeño if desired
