This Spinach Chicken Parmesan combines tender, crispy chicken breasts with a flavorful breadcrumb and Parmesan coating, layered with sautéed spinach, marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella. The spinach adds a nutritious twist to the classic Chicken Parmesan, making it both hearty and wholesome. Baking the chicken in the oven ensures a crispy exterior while keeping it juicy inside. This dish pairs beautifully with spaghetti, garlic bread, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal. A fresh Caesar salad adds a refreshing balance, and a glass of red wine, such as Chianti, complements the rich flavors of the dish perfectly.
