Hearty spicy pork and butternut squash ragu

Spicy pork ragu with sweet butternut squash.

This Spicy Pork and Butternut Squash Ragu is a hearty and flavorful dish perfect for fall. Ground pork is browned and simmered with butternut squash, crushed tomatoes, and red pepper flakes, creating a rich and spicy sauce. The butternut squash adds a touch of sweetness, balancing the heat from the red pepper flakes. This ragu is best served over a bed of creamy polenta or fresh pasta, which helps to soak up the delicious sauce. For a complete meal, pair it with a simple green salad and a crusty baguette.
