Ingredients

  • 4 cups of fresh spinach
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese or feta (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries (optional)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
