  • Chives, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat crockpot
    • Grease the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix ingredients
    • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, melted butter, condensed cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon if using, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Layer in crockpot
    • Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
