Ingredients
- 3-4 cups fresh rhubarb, sliced into 1-inch pieces, peel off strings if there are too many
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chunked
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon for sprinkling and tossing in rhubarb.

- Sprinkle the sugar flour topping evenly over the rhubarb mixture. and top with the rest of the butter chunks, spreading butter chunks evenly over topping.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the rhubarb is bubbling, and the topping is golden brown. If there are spots that need it press with fork to fully moisten.
