Hearty Miso Glazed Salmon

A savory, sweet, and perfectly balanced salmon dish.

This Miso Glazed Salmon is an inspired dish that combines the savory richness of miso with the sweetness of mirin and honey, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. The marinade, infused with garlic and ginger, adds depth and complexity, while the caramelization during baking enhances the natural sweetness of the salmon. This dish pairs perfectly with steamed rice or quinoa, providing a neutral base that complements the robust flavors. Additionally, a side of sautéed greens or a fresh salad can add a refreshing contrast to the rich, umami-laden salmon.
