Hearty beef & cheese pie with mushrooms

Crustless cheesy beef, mushrooms and cheese pie.

This beef, mushroom and cheese pie is a delicious and comforting dish. The combination of savory ground beef, earthy mushrooms, and gooey cheese creates a flavorful and hearty meal. Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2/3 cup canned milk
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon crumbled oregano
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced or diced
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs, and garlic salt in a 9 in pie pan, pat mixture against the side and bottom
  • Spread ketchup overall
  • Sprinkle with mushrooms, cheese, oregano, and parmesan
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Cut into pie wedges
